What You Can Achieve With the Right Partner

The WellComm Centre

Transforming surplus retail into a human-led health and wellbeing hub. A partnership between NHS, local authority and private providers — restoring civic pride and bringing prevention to the high street where it is seen and needed.

The WellComm Centre represents a pioneering approach to community health, converting underutilized retail space into a comprehensive wellbeing destination. By bringing together public health services, community resources, and private sector innovation, we've created a model that places health and prevention at the heart of the high street.

This project demonstrates how strategic partnerships can transform both physical assets and community outcomes, creating sustainable value for all stakeholders while addressing critical health and wellbeing needs.

Bruntwood Sci-Tech, Alderley Park

Exploring new health and wellbeing business models for one of the UK's most significant science and innovation campuses — shaping future value for a national destination.

Alderley Park is one of the UK's largest science and innovation campuses, housing leading biotech companies and research institutions. Our work focuses on developing innovative health and wellbeing models that support the campus community while creating new commercial opportunities.

By integrating wellbeing infrastructure with scientific innovation, we're helping to shape a destination that attracts and retains top talent, supports work-life balance, and establishes new standards for campus development in the UK.

Church of England Housing Association

Designing the partnerships, governance and delivery model needed to bring a national Housing Association to life — aligning mission, investment and community need.

This project involved developing the strategic foundation for a new national housing association that combines the Church of England's mission-driven approach with commercial viability. We worked closely with stakeholders to design governance structures, partnership frameworks, and operational models that balance social purpose with financial sustainability.

The result is a housing association model that can scale nationally while maintaining its commitment to creating homes that strengthen communities and support wellbeing.

STACK

Supporting the nationwide rollout of social and entertainment hubs. From site identification to funding and partnerships, we help STACK enter new towns with confidence and impact.

STACK has revolutionized the concept of community spaces, combining food, drink, entertainment, and social connection in shipping container villages. Our support has been instrumental in identifying viable locations, securing funding, and building the partnerships necessary for successful expansion.

We've helped STACK navigate the complexities of planning, stakeholder engagement, and commercial negotiation across multiple locations, ensuring each new hub is tailored to its local community while maintaining the brand's core values and operating model.

Capital & Centric

Unlocking large-scale regeneration opportunities through public-private collaboration — delivering places that combine culture, identity and commercial performance.

Capital & Centric is known for transforming forgotten industrial sites into vibrant, mixed-use destinations. Our partnership has focused on identifying strategic opportunities where public sector support and private sector innovation can create exceptional outcomes.

Through our work, we've helped structure partnerships that balance risk and reward, ensuring that regeneration delivers for communities while maintaining commercial viability. Each project combines cultural identity, heritage preservation, and forward-thinking design to create places people love.

Peel & MediaCityUK

Reimagining the former Lowry Outlet Mall as a mixed-use, people-led town centre aligned to the growth of MediaCityUK and Salford Quays. A strategy rooted in identity, experience and long-term performance.

The Lowry Outlet Mall transformation represents one of the UK's most ambitious retail-to-mixed-use conversions. Located adjacent to MediaCityUK, one of Europe's largest media production centers, the opportunity was to create a destination that serves both the growing residential community and the media industry workforce.

Our strategy focused on creating a people-led town centre that combines retail, dining, leisure, and community spaces. By understanding the unique needs of MediaCityUK workers and local residents, we've helped design a place that strengthens the identity of Salford Quays while delivering commercial returns and community value.
