Development Director of Whatif… with over 30 years’ experience in delivering land use and development projects working in both the private and public sectors, with his recent career focused on delivering a wide variety of innovative residential led schemes.
A Chartered Town Planner, Tony has led several new company start-ups both for himself and for clients on a consultancy basis and has worked for a number of blue-chip companies at a senior level such as Barratt Developments and Grainger plc.
At Grainger, Tony established the Grainger Homes brand and business and delivered positive growth with the company building 200 new homes per annum at its peak throughout the UK. Tony has also helped several local authorities establish direct delivery trading companies to help satisfy their policy goals.
Tony is an expert in taking projects from ideas to realisation and leading in all of the steps necessary to successfully crystallise real estate development. This can include site finding and acquisition, financial appraisal and value engineering, design and planning, construction procurement and management, sales and letting.
Tony’s expertise lies in business, development, and project management. He has worked as business or project lead and at board level for over 20 years and prides himself in working collaboratively and getting things done.
