G B Bank

In 2021 and 2022 we initially worked as part of the Kinetic team looking at raising investment into GB Bank. In the latter months of this work Whatifgroup worked directly into a commission with the Bank.

The work we undertook was to develop relationships with investment institutions, primarily local government pension funds and seek to present a case for investing into the Bank at a strategic level. We then referred the opportunities to the Bank’s inhouse team to take forward.

The work capitilised on the Whatifgroup substantial network of senior contacts in local government.

We also provided some advise on potential property based investments.
